Adjustments made to our terms and conditions because of the COVID-19 pandemic (applicable for bookings confirmed from 1st of May 2020)
- Cancellations caused by a new lockdown or public health-related issue = Full deposit refund
- Cancellation made 30 days or more in advance of arrival date = Full deposit refund
- Cancellations made 29 days or less of arrival date = voucher code for the full amount of your deposit to reschedule the reservation within the next 18months
New Check-in & Check-out hours to allow for proper cleaning and disinfection of the houses
Guests must check-in and check-out by the times stated below
- Check-in: 15:00pm โ 23:00am on day of arrival
- Check-out: 11:00am on day of departure
General Terms of Booking, Deposits & GDPR Compliance
By booking with Antiparos Homes, you (the lead guest) and your group agree to the terms below:
- The lead guest must be at least 16 years old.
- The number of staying guests per room is listed in room occupancy details.
- Only the lead guest and named guests may use the property and facilities.
- Third-party visitors require express permission.
Booking & Deposit
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
- Payments can be made via:
- Debit/credit card
- Bank transfer
- Cheque or cash deposit
- Any bank charges or dishonoured payments must be reimbursed by the lead guest within 7 days.
Respect & Conduct
- Guests must respect the peace and privacy of others at all times.
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking without refund if guests cause disturbances.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 14:00 โ 23:00
- Check-out: By 12:00 on the day of departure
Cancellation, Returned Deposit & Non-Arrival
- 90+ days before arrival: Full deposit refund
- 89โ8 days before arrival: No deposit refund
- 7 days or less: No refund, full booking amount due
- Non-arrival: Full booking amount due
We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
- In rare cases where we must cancel, liability is limited to refunding your payment.
WiFi Fair Use Policy
Guests agree to:
- Use the internet fairly and appropriately.
- Avoid heavy streaming, gaming, or illegal activity.
- Use is monitored to ensure fairness.
Damages & Lost Property
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Report accidental damage ASAP to avoid additional costs.
- Lost keys/fobs/cards will incur a replacement fee.
- Lost property will be held for 1 month. We can arrange return at the owner’s expense.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
- Applies to all tobacco products including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, etc.
Pet Policy
- Small pets under 15 kg are welcome.
- Larger pets require prior approval based on their travel experience.
- Pet requirements:
- Must be fully trained and leashed
- Must have a passport provided at check-in
- Not allowed in public areas off-leash
- Must not be left unattended
- Guests are responsible for:
- Cleaning up after pets
- Ensuring pets donโt disturb others
- Damages or injuries caused by pets
- The hotel reserves the right to evict guests/pets without notice if policy is breached.
Parking
- On-site parking is at the guestโs own risk.
Personal Data & Privacy
We keep records of guests over age 16, including:
- Full name
- Nationality / Passport number
Records are kept for 12 months, as per DPA 1998 and GDPR.
Any guest book entries must not contain personal or sensitive data.
Right to Cancellation
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking if terms are breached โ without refund.
GDPR Compliance
We provide the following information regarding your data:
- Your data is used solely to complete bookings on www.antiparoshomes.com.
- Data is stored in an electronic database.
- Providing your data is mandatory to make a booking.
- Data is only shared with necessary recipients (e.g., the hotel).
