How Booking Works

Antiparos Homes presents two villa classes on the site, while live availability and final booking are handled in Beds24. This keeps rates, dates, and reservation status in one place.

Step 1: Choose The Right Villa Class

  • Elegant Villas are the larger flagship option, suited to guests who want more space, a split-level layout, and a more design-led stay.
  • Holiday Homes are the more compact and practical option, suited to guests who want a simpler layout with the same private-pool concept.

Step 2: Check Your Dates

Use the booking form on the homepage or house pages to select:

  • check-in date
  • check-out date
  • adults and children

This takes you to Beds24 with your search details.

Step 3: Review The Live Offer In Beds24

In Beds24, confirm:

  • available units for your dates
  • current nightly pricing
  • minimum stay rules
  • final total before payment

Beds24 should be treated as the live booking source for price and availability.

Step 4: Complete Your Reservation

Before you confirm, review:

  • guest names and stay dates
  • payment schedule
  • cancellation terms
  • any special requests you need noted in advance
